Massage Therapy

You can benefit in a number of ways by adding massage therapy to your chiropractic care program. Recovery is faster, more complete and proceeds easier with less discomfort when soft tissue has been relaxed with a massage. Adjustments last much longer when muscle tension is released that might otherwise pull your joints out of alignment again.

Frequent massages can play a significant part in one’s overall health by relieving stress, reducing blood pressure, promoting faster healing of muscle strains, enhancing the immune system, easing symptoms of arthritis, increasing circulation, as well as promoting a greater sense of well-being.
